Which is Better for PCOS?

One of the key differences :

is that sourdough produces prebiotics during the fermentation process. Prebiotics are indigestible fibers that help nourish the good bacteria in the gut, promoting digestion and improving gut health. For PCOS patients with gut microbiota imbalance, sourdough can be a better option.

If you choose to eat sourdough, here's how to make better choices: since sourdough itself is already a carbohydrate-based food, it's best to pair it with some protein options and healthy fats, such as Eggs Benedict, Charred Eggplant & Zucchini Shakshuka, Smoked Salmon Open Toast, Mushroom Pesto Open Toast, or Chimichurri Chicken Sandwiches.

However, the fries on the side are best left to your dining family or friends.
