These are the Healthy Fats for women with PCOS ✅

  • Oils rich in Omega-3 & Omega-9

  • Dark chocolate (>75% cocoa)

  • Unsweetened nut milk

  • Seeds (flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)

  • Nut spreads (black sesame spread, peanut butter, almond chia spread, pistachio spread, etc.)

  • No sugar added nuts

  • Avocado


These are Fats to Avoid

  • Certain salad dressings

  • Whipping cream

  • Butter / Margarine
